What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is the technique of applying gentle pressure to reflex areas, on the feet or hands, to bring about a state of deep relaxation and to stimulate the body's own healing process. It is a natural therapy, and can also facilitate more vital energy, help boost the immune system and create a stronger body and calmer mind.

Welcome to Stone Reflexology. I am a fully qualified therapist offering Reflexology from my private treatment room , close to the high street in Sevenoaks, Kent, as well as offering mobile and workplace wellness services. I offer traditional Reflexology on the feet, and hands, as well as Advanced Facial Reflexology, Power Reflexology and Advanced Spinal Reflexology, all of which can be combined to create the perfect treatment for you, according to your preferences.
Mobile treatments are offered within a 5 mile radius of Sevenoaks on request. Areas covered include Sevenoaks, Hildenborough, Shipbourne, Otford, Ide Hill, Sundridge.

I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, having studied at the London School of Reflexology and am also an Advanced Spinal and Power Reflexology practitioner and Bergman Method Advanced Facial Reflexology practitioner. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and am fully insured, as well as a trained First Aider. I also volunteer for MacMillan Cancer Support Unit and am CRB checked.
Previously, I have always worked in Corporate environments, where I saw first-hand the effects that stress, anxiety and 'keeping all the plates spinning' had on the body and mind. As I entered my early 50s, I recognised that long-term stress and hormonal changes were having an affect on my mental and physical health. This ignited my interest in holistic therapies, particularly Reflexology.
I started up Stone Reflexology, as a place to share my interest and love of Reflexology, where busy people, those experiencing long-term health issues, or just those that need some time out in a supportive environment, can continue their journey to more holistic health.
I have lived in Sevenoaks for over 20 years, where I have raised my family. You can find me walking my Springer Spaniel in the many beautiful outdoor walks and woods around the area. My love of exercise and healthy eating works well with my holistic lifestyle – Mind, Body and Soul.
